Day Pass Liability Waiver & Guest Agreement
Welcome to our Beach Club. For the comfort and safety of all guests, a signed waiver is required for day pass access to our pool, deck areas, grassy beach-access path, restrooms, showers, and all on-site amenities. Please review the information below and complete the form before entering the property.
Access to pool + deck
Use of lounge chairs (first-come basis)
Shower + restroom access
Beach access via grassy path
Towel rental (if offered)
Smoothie + café offerings (as available)
Restaurant delivery options from partner restaurants
Parking inside gated area (if applicable)
What Your Day Pass includes

Guests use the property, paths, and natural surroundings at their own risk.
No lifeguard on duty — swimming is at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.
No glass around pool area.
No outside alcohol allowed unless approved.
Respect wildlife (turtles, monkeys, iguanas).
No loud music or disruptive behavior.
We reserve the right to remove guests violating rules.
Guests accept all inherent risks of beach, tide pools, ocean, and wildlife.

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily accessing the beach club property and its amenities at my own risk. I understand that the ocean, pool, wildlife, natural terrain, and weather conditions may present hazards, and I release the property owners, management, and staff from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to myself, my guests, or my belongings. I agree to follow all posted and verbal safety instructions and accept full responsibility for any minors under my care.
